1. Objet
Décide pour moi est une application iOS de divertissement et d'aide au choix : une roue personnalisable qui tire une option au hasard parmi celles que vous définissez. L'utilisation de l'application vaut acceptation des présentes conditions.
2. Un tirage aléatoire, pas un conseil
Les résultats sont issus d'un tirage réellement aléatoire, le cas échéant pondéré selon vos propres réglages. Ils ne constituent ni un conseil, ni une recommandation. Les décisions que vous prenez à partir d'un tirage relèvent de votre seule responsabilité. L'application n'est pas un jeu d'argent et ne doit pas être utilisée pour organiser des paris ou des loteries payantes.
3. Offre gratuite et offre premium
L'application est utilisable gratuitement avec une roue et le mode de tirage standard. L'offre « premium » débloque l'ensemble des fonctions : roues illimitées, tous les modes de tirage, pondération des options, historique et palettes supplémentaires.
4. Achats, abonnements et essai gratuit
Le premium est proposé sous trois formes : un abonnement hebdomadaire, un abonnement mensuel et un achat unique à vie. Les prix affichés dans l'application font foi.
Les abonnements sont facturés via votre compte App Store et se renouvellent automatiquement jusqu'à annulation, au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Ils s'annulent à tout moment dans les réglages de votre compte App Store. L'abonnement mensuel peut inclure un essai gratuit ; sauf annulation avant la fin de l'essai, l'abonnement payant démarre automatiquement à son terme.
L'achat à vie est un paiement unique, sans renouvellement. Il ne met pas fin de lui-même à un abonnement en cours : celui-ci doit être annulé séparément, l'application vous y aide après l'achat.
Les demandes de remboursement sont traitées par Apple, conformément à ses conditions, via reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Vos contenus
Les roues et les options que vous créez vous appartiennent et restent stockées sur votre appareil. Vous êtes seul responsable de leur contenu, y compris lorsque vous les partagez sous forme de texte.
6. Propriété intellectuelle
L'application, son nom, son icône et son interface sont protégés par le droit d'auteur. Toute reproduction ou rétro-ingénierie non autorisée est interdite.
7. Limitation de responsabilité
L'application est fournie « en l'état ». Dans les limites permises par la loi, l'éditeur ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages directs ou indirects liés à son utilisation, y compris des conséquences des décisions prises à partir d'un tirage.
8. Évolution des conditions
Les présentes conditions peuvent évoluer avec l'application. La version en vigueur est celle publiée à cette adresse ; la date de mise à jour figure en tête de page.
9. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige relève des juridictions françaises compétentes.

1. Purpose
Let the Wheel Decide (published in French as « Décide pour moi ») is an iOS entertainment and decision-making app: a customisable wheel that draws one option at random from those you define. Using the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. A random draw, not advice
Results come from a genuinely random draw, weighted according to your own settings where applicable. They are neither advice nor a recommendation. Any decision you make on the basis of a draw is your sole responsibility. The app is not a gambling app and must not be used to run bets or paid lotteries.
3. Free and premium
The app is free to use with one wheel and the standard draw mode. Premium unlocks every feature: unlimited wheels, all draw modes, option weighting, history and additional colour palettes.
4. Purchases, subscriptions and free trial
Premium comes in three forms: a weekly subscription, a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The prices displayed in the app prevail.
Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. They can be cancelled at any time in your App Store account settings. The monthly subscription may include a free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically at its term.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewal. It does not by itself end an ongoing subscription: that must be cancelled separately, and the app helps you do so after the purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Your content
The wheels and options you create belong to you and remain stored on your device. You alone are responsible for their content, including when you share them as text.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its name, its icon and its interface are protected by copyright. Any unauthorised reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use, including the consequences of decisions made on the basis of a draw.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change along with the app. The version in force is the one published at this address; the update date appears at the top of the page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
